On the Dashboard there is
Users - Logins - New Signups.
Is the “Logins” number the total number of logins by all users (including multiple logins by the same user) or the total number of users that have logged in.
It’s the total number of logins so each login, even if by the same user, will lead to an increment to that number. Have in mind that the increment may not be immediately visible as that is not a real-time statistic.

Is there somewhere to see the unique user logins over the last 30 days? Given this is how the pricing is calculated I would like to keep a track of this.

For tracking usage of your quota you can access the support center, in particular, the quota report at: Auth0 Support Center
