CDN of angular-auth0 v3 and Auth0 Lock for Angular 1.x as per migration process for Auth0.js 9

Hello,
I am having
- 1) Angular 1.5.8 app
- 2) Use this CDN links till now
i) https://cdn.auth0.com/js/lock-9.1.min.js
ii) https://cdn.auth0.com/w2/auth0-6.8.min.js
iii) https://cdn.auth0.com/w2/auth0-angular-4.js
- 3) Not using npm or bower

Now trying to migrate to the latest v9. But Can’t find CDN link for
i) auth0-angular
ii) Auth0 Lock for Angular 1.x
