Enabling impersonation for an additional administrator

I have impersonation enabled for some our admins but we need it enabled for a new admin. How can I get it enabled for them?

As far as I’m aware impersonation (when enabled) is available to all administrators that have full ownership of the associated tenant/domain. If you’re referring to a user that was invited to administrate a single client application then impersonation will indeed not be available, but this is intentional and not configurable.

That’s great, thx! I changed the admin from a single app to all applications and they were able to see the user impersonation feature. All good now. thanks again
